Thatโs right, Back to the Future just blew your mind 25 years later. Anyone who says theyโve noticed this before is a liar.

I noticed it. I also saw the movie about 1000 times.
Well then… call me a liar. Noticed during one of the 9000 times I've watched the movie. Almost wore out my VHS copy I recorded off of HBO. Also on that tape… Howard The Duck and SpaceCamp.
They pointed it out in the text commentary on the DVD.
I'm with Nick and Frank. Not lying. Watched that movie literally over a hundred times, on VHS, and have a great deal of it memorized… ๐
I only saw the movie a couple of times (ok ok, around 10), but I specifically remember noticing the twin/lone pine bit the first time I saw the movie as a grownup.
I think everyone who saw this movie more than once saw it. I did and I only saw it four times. Which is nothiing to some of the fanboys in this comment section. I think someone was asleep when he saw it and missed it and now had his mind blown 25 years later and thinks everyone else must have missed it too. So allow me to re-blow your mind: Everyone fucking saw it, OK? Except you. You're the only one who missed this the first time around. Lay off the bong before submitting articles!
I am a liar too!! I saw the movie 2 times before noticing this. There are many more of these changed-the-future tricks in the movie. Are you going to post them too?
I am NOT a liar and I noticed this the first time I saw it. The guy comes out of his house and says “My Pine!!!!”
CALL ME A LIAR, I NOTICED IT THE FIRST TIME I SAW IT – IN THE THEATER W/O A PAUSE OR REWIND BUTTON!
You are an idiot… if you just noticed this now you should be strung up and beaten with a flux capacitor
Of course. Its even mentioned in the script, when Doc mentions Old Man Peabody and his plan to breed trees.
You didn't really think you were first to notice this? Surely?
