I'm told that blind people have dreams that match their senses. In other words, they dream that they hear and feel things out of their own experiences. Many of us have dreams in which we're doing something inappropriate. For blind people, that's often a dream that they are driving. This from a friend who is blind from birth, discussing his own experiences and also what others have told him.
